Next day delivery
Place your order before 4pm Monday to Friday and we'll have it with you the next working day via DX. Next day delivery is available at £7.50 plus VAT (£9.00 total).
Warehouse collection - always free
Prefer to collect? You're welcome to collect your order directly from our warehouse free of charge, regardless of order value. Get in touch with our Trade Team on 0161 837 6095 to arrange collection once your order has been placed.
Your delivery questions, answered
What happens if my delivery is missed?
DX will attempt delivery and leave a notification if no one is available to receive the parcel. If you know you won't be available, we'd recommend arranging warehouse collection or getting in touch with our Trade Team in advance so we can make alternative arrangements.
Can I track my trade order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking notification so you can keep tabs on your delivery right up until it arrives on site.
Do you deliver outside the UK mainland?
We deliver across the UK including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Please note that next day delivery is only available for UK mainland addresses. Delivery times to other areas may vary and our Trade Team will keep you updated.
My order is running late. What should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived when expected, get in touch with our Trade Team straight away and we'll track it down and get it resolved for you as quickly as possible.
