Trade Returns & Refunds

Need to return an item? No problem. Our trade returns process is straightforward, just get in touch with our Trade Team and we'll take care of everything from there.

Our trade returns policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. All returns must be arranged directly through our Trade Team rather than through an automated returns portal.

Please note that a 30% handling fee applies to most trade returns, which will be deducted from your refund or credit note once the item has been received and inspected back at our warehouse. This is standard practice for trade returns and covers the cost of restocking and processing.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 30 days and we'll make it right. Faulty or damaged items are not subject to the handling fee.

Every ValueLights product also comes with a 1 year warranty for complete peace of mind.

How to arrange a trade return

We've kept the process as simple as possible:

Get in touch - Contact our Trade Team on 0161 837 6095 or email us at trade@valuelights.co.uk to let us know you'd like to make a return. Please have your order number and reason for return ready.

We'll set it up - Our Trade Team will arrange the return on your behalf and provide you with all the information you need to send the item back to us.

Pack it up - We can only accept returns in their original packaging with all fixtures, fittings and accessories included. Items returned in damaged or incomplete packaging may not be accepted.

Refund or credit - Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund or credit note within 10 working days, minus the 30% handling fee, where applicable. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the funds in your account.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or not as described, please contact our Trade Team within 30 days with your order number and a photo if possible. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund with no handling fee applied.
