Sale

Do trade account holders get additional discounts on top of sale prices?

Yes, as a ValueLights Trade account holder your exclusive trade pricing and bulk discount structure applies on top of any sale prices, meaning you could save significantly more than a standard retail customer browsing the same products. For large scale orders during a sale period, the combined savings can make a real difference to your project budget.

How often do you add new products to the sale?

Our sale section is updated on an ongoing basis as new products are discounted, so there's always something new to discover. We also run seasonal sale events throughout the year with deeper discounts across a wider range of products. The best way to stay on top of new additions and seasonal sale events is to make sure you're signed up to our trade emails, so you never miss a deal.

Are sale products available in the same quantities as the full price range?

Sale products are available while stocks last, and popular lines can sell out quickly, particularly during seasonal sale events. If you're planning a large order and want to ensure you can secure enough stock of a specific product, we'd always recommend getting in touch with our trade team as soon as possible to check availability.

Can I return or exchange sale items?

Our standard returns policy applies to all sale purchases, so you can shop with confidence knowing that sale items are covered by the same terms as full price products. If you have any specific queries about returning or exchanging a sale item, our trade team is on hand to help.

What categories are included in the ValueLights Trade sale?

Our sale covers products from across the entire ValueLights Trade range, including indoor lighting, outdoor lighting, bulbs, shades, rechargeable lights, smart lighting and more. Whether you're after a discounted floor lamp for a residential project or a bulk buy on sale priced bulbs, you'll find plenty of options to suit across our full sale range.
